Who we are
This website and the applications linked from it are provided by ANDREI KAZIALETSKI, trading as AVKSoft, a sole proprietor registered in Poland (CEIDG). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: support@iamavk.info. We do not publish a postal address. Each application has its own privacy policy, linked from the application's page. The Libella policy is at /apps/libella/privacy/.
What we collect and why

You are never required to send us anything. Without your email address and message we cannot reply.
What we do not do
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party content, newsletters or marketing emails. We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions about them. We do not sell personal data. The site is not meant for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Where the data is kept
The site and its mail server run on a server rented from Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) as hosting provider. The server is located in the United States, so the data on it is stored and processed there. We do not share data with other recipients, except where the law requires it. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: 12 months after we receive them, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
- Server logs and the statistics generated from them: 30 days, then deleted.
Security
Pages and the contact form are served over HTTPS. The contact service accepts connections only from the server itself, and mail is handled by our own mail server. Access to the server is limited to us and to the hosting provider's infrastructure.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to restrict or object to its processing, and you can ask for your data in a portable form where that applies. Email us and we will answer within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), at uodo.gov.pl. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
